Our Board Chair role presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of a resident-led housing association that owns and manages around 15,000 homes across the East of England, and that always places residents at the heart of everything it does.

We are seeking a strategic and resident-focused leader with housing or cross-sector experience, who can balance opportunity and risk while building on the strong foundations already in place.

You’ll champion our values of ambition, inclusivity and accountability, foster collaboration and professional curiosity across the organisation, and ensure that the Board continues to make fair, informed and resident-focused decisions.

You will also play a leading role in driving innovation, inspiring new ways of thinking, and helping Eastlight grow and adapt to meet the changing needs of residents and our communities.
